Cookie Policy
Last updated: 2 September 2026
This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies trepuntodue.com uses, for what purposes, and how you can manage your preferences at any time. It forms an integral part of the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the websites you visit send to your device, where they are stored and then sent back to those same sites on your next visit. Similar technologies — such as localStorage, tracking pixels and device identifiers — likewise allow information to be stored on or read from your device and are subject to the same rules.
Depending on who installs them, a distinction is drawn between first-party cookies, managed by the site owner, and third-party cookies, managed by other parties.
2. Technical and necessary cookies
These are essential for the site to work and to deliver the services requested by the user. Under Art. 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 they do not require consent and cannot be disabled from the preferences panel.
On this site they only store the selected language and the choice made in the cookie banner. They are not used to profile users.
3. Statistics cookies
These record, in aggregate form, how users interact with the site: pages viewed, navigation paths, traffic sources and time spent. The site uses Google Analytics 4, deployed through Google Tag Manager.
As third-party analytics cookies, they are installed only after the user's consent has been obtained. Without consent, Google Consent Mode remains set to “denied” and no identifier is stored on the device.
4. Marketing cookies
These make it possible to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and to offer content relevant to the user's interests, including on third-party sites. This category includes the cookies set by YouTube when you start playing a video embedded in the site's pages.
These cookies are also installed only with explicit consent. Embedded videos are loaded in “no-cookie” mode: until playback starts, YouTube stores no cookies on the device.
5. List of cookies
The table below lists the cookies and identifiers used by the site. The durations shown are those declared by the respective providers and may change if their services are updated.

6. How we collect consent
On your first visit a banner is shown allowing you to accept all cookies, reject them all, or choose individual categories, with buttons of equal graphic prominence. Until a choice is made, no cookies other than technical ones are installed and no data is sent to statistics or marketing services.
The choice is stored for 6 months: once that period expires the banner is shown again, in line with the Italian Data Protection Authority's guidelines of 10 June 2021. Closing the banner without making a choice does not amount to consent.
7. How to change or withdraw consent
You can change your preferences or withdraw consent at any time, as easily as it was given, using the button below. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:
