We implemented an NFC-based interaction layer within the in-store experience to enhance product engagement. Customers are guided through a structured color display system featuring physical samples representing the full range of available shades. By simply tapping their smartphone on the selected color, users gain instant access to a dedicated digital experience containing all relevant product information—from technical specifications and performance data to usage recommendations. This approach transforms in-store exploration into a seamless, data-driven experience, connecting physical selection with real-time digital content.
